Just when we thought he’s done it all, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson surpassed our highest expectations by sharing his musical talent with the world over the weekend.
In a video posted to Instagram, “The Rock” fulfills his childhood dream, but doesn’t do it in any normal manner.
He goes big.
“As a kid I had this dream of playing my favorite ragtime song. ‘The Entertainer’ from Marvin Hamlisch on piano. But I truly sucked at piano. Until I started using my feet,” he captioned the post shared Sunday afternoon. “And that’s why it’s called #TheSting.”
The song was written by jazz musician Scott Joplin and popularly adapted by Hamlisch for the classic film “The Sting” in 1973.
“The Rock” can be seen in the video breathing in deeply, loosening up, then stepping on to the mat to play the piano keys almost flawlessly.
The video ends with “The Rock” brushing off his shoulder and walking off camera.
The video has already been viewed over 16 million times.
Way to go!
