COLORADO SPRINGS — A Colorado Springs gas station is gaining popularity after its gas price was ranked the sixth lowest in Colorado.

Wednesday, the Everyday Convenience Store had its unleaded gas price posted at $2.79 per gallon. The store, which is located at 1502 S Tejon Street, is one of several Everyday stores located around the city.

According to the owners, the Tejon store features low gas prices thanks to their efforts to distribute prices equally amongst their other gas stations.

The average price for a gallon of regular fuel in the state is $3.29, according to AAA. Meanwhile, the national average is $3.34.

According to data gathered by FOX21’s sister station, KDVR, as of Wednesday at 6:30 a.m., these are the 10 cheapest gas stops in Colorado for regular fuel, according to

The lowest price for a gallon of regular gas in Colorado is $2.73.
