(PUEBLO, Colo.) — According to and update from PPD, the person was arrested on several warrants and the investigation is ongoing. The individual’s identity is not being released by PPD pending further investigation.

(PUEBLO, Colo.) – PPD said they had a tip that a homicide suspect was in the area. Police followed up and contacted the homicide suspect. They said that roads are now clear and that there is no danger to the public.

The Pueblo Police Department (PPD) is asking people to stay away from the area of 24th Street and West Street on the city’s north side, as PPD searches for a homicide suspect.

PPD said on Twitter there is police activity blocking the area as police search for the suspect.
