Security increased at Palmer High School after reports of social media threat

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Security will be increased at Palmer High School Monday after District 11 received several Safe2Tell tips about a threatening post circulating on social media, according to district officials.

Colorado Springs police and District 11 security are investigating the post, which was shared widely on Facebook Sunday night. Palmer High School will have increased security Monday morning, and all student IDs will be checked, according to district officials.
