Colorado Springs Airport sees 13 percent increase in passengers

The Colorado Springs Airport is reporting that passenger traffic and airport enplanements have increased compared to last year. 

According to the airport, a total of 1,192,026 passengers have used the airport in 2018, which is 12.6 percent more than last year during the same time period. 

Year-to-date passenger enplanements for August amounted to 589,877 passengers, representing a 19.1 percent increase from August 2017.

The airport currently serves 10 nonstop flights with four different airlines.
