CMoore of Colorado highlights a little-known hidden gem or a place we see or hear of all the time that has a historical significance you didn’t know about.
This week is highlighting Ceran St. Vrain Trail outside of Jamestown.
Jamestown is one of the oldest mining camps in Colorado.
About 400 miners populated the area, but the boom lasted only three years, and Jamestown was basically deserted for the next 10 years. It remains classified as a semi-ghost town.
