The Chile and Frijoles Festival is held each year in late September to mark Pueblo’s harvest celebration. Every year, thousands pay homage to Pueblo’s most-loved crop: the Pueblo chile. FOX21’s Lauren McDonald went to the Riverwalk for a preview.
The festival runs from 3 p.m. to midnight Friday, 10 a.m. to midnight Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. It’s $5 for adults and free for children 12 and under. Tap here for more information.
