NEWTOWN, Conn. — Nearly four years after the shooting rampage at Sandy Hook Elementary, the newly refurbished school is open again for classes.

Students attended class today at the new 87,000-square-foot building in Newtown, Connecticut.

Children have been attending a nearby school since the shooting that killed 20 students.

Right now, there is no memorial to the victims inside the new school, but administrators promise there will be one in the future.
