(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The food we eat impacts our weight, our skin and can even impact our mood. Dannie De Novo, a Happiness Coach, started researching everything about happiness after spending years battling depression. She says the following five foods help boost mood for a variety of different reasons.

  3. Cranberries
  4. Coconut
