A woman has been arrested after investigators found more than 260 marijuana plants in the basement of a Gleneagle home, according to police.
Investigators found the grow Thursday at a home on Allegiance Drive, which is in the Gleneagle neighborhood north of Colorado Springs. During their search, investigators found more than 260 marijuana plants growing in a basement, 80 pounds of refined marijuana packaged for distribution, and an undisclosed amount of cash.
One suspect, Zaizhen Xiang, was arrested and charged with cultivation of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Police said a second suspect has been identified and will be arrested soon.
