Suspect arrested in Thanksgiving shooting in Pueblo

PUEBLO, Colo. — A suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting that injured a man in Pueblo Thursday afternoon, according to police.

The shooting happened around 2:45 p.m. at a house on Norwich Avenue. The victim was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.

The suspect, 24-year-old Ricardo Gomez, was arrested on charges of first-degree assault.
