Police are looking for the two people who broke into a southeastern Colorado Springs home while a girl was inside Monday morning.

Police said the home invasion happened just before 10 a.m. on Indigo Ridge Point, which is in the area southeast of Airport Road and Chelton Road. The victim told police a man and a woman had forced the door open and come inside. One of them was armed with a handgun, according to police.

Police said the victim was a juvenile, but did not specify her age. She ran to a neighbor’s home after the suspects left, and was not injured.

No suspects have been arrested.
