A wanted man was arrested after officers found him hiding in the attic of a southwestern Colorado Springs home early Monday morning, according to police.
Police said around 12:10 a.m., they went to a home on Kirkstone Lane, which is in the Broadmoor Bluffs neighborhood, to arrest a wanted man. Police determined the man, 27-year-old Anthony Washington, was in the home and refusing to come out.
Police went inside and found Washington hiding in the attic. He was arrested without further incident.
A second suspect, 27-year-old Felix Jaques, was arrested for failing to comply with a lawful order.
