ARVADA, Colo. — The Peeping Tom reportedly seen spying on a teenage girl in Arvada has been arrested.
Garrett Brown, 36, could now face charges of criminal trespassing and invasion of privacy.
A father first called police on August 7, saying a man was looking through his daughter’s window.
After surveillance video was posted, police received tips that led to Brown’s arrest.
