A man has pled guilty to reckless manslaughter in connection with a fatal shooting outside of a Colorado Springs liquor store in 2018.
Charles Lobato pled guilty Monday to reckless manslaughter in connection with the death of Shawnee Tapia. Tapia, 35, was killed outside of Astro Liquors at South Academy Boulevard and Astrozon Boulevard on January 7, 2018.
Lobato faces four to eight years in prison when he is sentenced June 24.
