A man wanted on felony warrants was apprehended by Colorado Springs police after they defenestrated themselves out of a second story window.
According to Lt. Koch with CSPD, police were called to the area near Verde Drive and Alvarado Drive for a reported stolen vehicle being driven by felony warrant suspect, later identified as Marshunn Anderson.
Police reported that they found the stolen vehicle but Anderson had disappeared.
Police later knocked on the door of a home only to have Anderson jump from a second story window trying to escape police.
Koch said that a police K-9 quickly stopped Anderson and he was taken into custody.
Anderson was booked into the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center for a motor vehicle theft warrant and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
