Police are investigating after a man was injured in a shooting in Pueblo Wednesday night.
Police said around 8 p.m., they were called to South Santa Fe Avenue to investigate a report of a shooting. The victim was intoxicated and couldn’t provide many details, according to police. He told police the suspect was a white man, but could not provide any further description. He also could not tell police where the shooting happened.
Police said physical evidence shows the shooting may have happened in the area of Court Street and West City Center Drive. They could not find any witnesses.
The victim sustained a serious injury to his wrist, but is expected to make a full recovery.
