WOODLAND PARK, Colo. — A man was arrested Thursday after police found a butane hash oil extraction lab in a Woodland Park home.
Teller County sheriff’s deputies found the lab at a home on Thomas Drive. They dismantled the lab with help from Colorado Springs police, the Teller County fire department, and two hazmat teams. They searched the home and found 58 pounds of refined marijuana, four guns, including a gun suppressor, and several pounds of marijuana concentrate.
Daniel Garcia 34, was arrested for narcotics and weapons violations, including extraction of marijuana concentrate and possession of a weapon by a previous offender.
