Man arrested after breaking into Colorado Springs home, hiding in closet

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A man is facing charges after he broke into a Colorado Springs home and then hid in a closet until the residents found him, according to police. 

Police said the burglary happened around 3 a.m. Monday at a home on San Miguel Street near the intersection with Academy Boulevard. Police said the suspect, Dylan Johnson, broke into the home and hid in a closet. When the residents found him, a fight broke out. The residents held Johnson down until officers arrived, according to police. 

Johnson was arrested on burglary charges.
