PUEBLO, Colo. — A man is facing attempted murder charges after he allegedly shot his neighbor during a dispute in Pueblo Friday morning, according to police.
Police said the shooting happened around 9:45 a.m. Friday on East Evans Avenue. The suspect, 67-year-old Gilbert Jimenez, was arrested at the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but is expected to survive, according to police.
