Police said around 6:30 p.m., they got a call about a family disturbance on Hancock Avenue north of Fillmore Street. When officers arrived, they found out one of the people involved, Valentino Barreras, was wanted on a warrant. Barreras had left the scene, but police found him at an address on North Cascade Avenue.
When officers tried to arrest him, Barreras threw one of them to the ground, according to police. The officer got up, tased Barreras, and arrested him.
