COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Letecia Stauch, the woman accused of murdering her 11-year-old stepson Gannon Stauch, was back in court Wednesday.
Stauch’s new defense counsel told the judge he needs time to review Stauch’s case and look at discovery.
Because of that, the date for Stauch’s preliminary hearing has been pushed back to September 9 and 10.
