Fourth suspect arrested in fatal shooting southeast of Colorado Springs

A fourth person has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting southeast of Colorado Springs earlier this month, according to the sheriff’s office. 

The shooting happened around 11 p.m. October 7 on Tranters Creek Way, which is in the area of Fontaine Boulevard and Marksheffel Road. When deputies arrived, they found the victim, Kenyatta Horne, lying on the sidewalk. 

Investigators said the fourth suspect was Kyle Watts, 19, and is being held without bond for first-degree murder charges.

The three other suspects, Wayne SellersBeslim Torres-Valle and Tyler Wheeler, were arrested on first-degree murder charges earlier this month.
