Police said around 9:15 p.m., officers spotted a car that was connected to several felony menacings and an assault. When the people inside saw the officers, they sped off. Police chased the car for a while but eventually ended the chase. They then found the car abandoned on Lelaray Street, which is in the area of Union Boulevard and Constitution Avenue.
