The Colorado Springs Police Department is asking for the public’s help after a woman had her purse stolen by two men.
According to detectives, the 71-year-old woman was shopping at TJ Maxx on Bloomington Street when two men approached her and started a conversation.
During their chat, one of the men distracted her while another stole her wallet from her purse.
Later it was discovered the thieves had charged over $2,500 on her stolen credit cards.
