Colorado Springs Fire Department rescues hiker stranded 60 feet high


UPDATE: FOX21 News has learned the victim was a teenager from out of state. The teen was rescued without any injuries.

UPDATE: The hiker has been rescued from Cathedral Spires.

CSFD said the hiker was rescued within 25 minutes.

ORIGINAL: COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) is working to bring a stranded hiker to safety.

According to CSFD, the hiker is stranded 60 feet up at Cathedral Spires in Garden of the Gods Park.
