Bazaar raises money for local multiple sclerosis patient

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Dozens of vendors and small businesses participated in a Christmas bazaar at the Citadel Mall this weekend.

Helping Hands Helping the Community is giving the proceeds from the two-day event to a multiple sclerosis patient desperately in need of help.

“Justin Wilbur has MS, severe MS,” CEO Julie Henry said. “He is wheelchair bound. He can barely transport anymore. We are raising money for his stem cell treatment. Maybe he can start having some use of his legs and maybe get a little bit more of his eyesight back.”

Helping Hands Helping the Community is trying to raise $30,000 to get Wilbur the help he needs
