COLORADO SPRINGS — There can be a lot of pressure on parents to keep their kids entertained over the summer, but parenting mentor Kristen Duke joined the FOX21 Morning News team to show how to make summer plans less complicated.

Duke says many teens feel restricted with rules or boundaries, and just like toddlers, need to hear less “no” and more “yes” to feel connected.
