COLORADO – According to updated data released on Friday by the state, the current coronavirus case summary reads as follows:

Vaccine:
990,508 people have been immunized by one dose (+24,563 from Thursday)
543,727 people have been immunized with two doses (+22,160)

Cases: 434,654 (+1,633 from Thursday)
Hospitalizations: 23,863 (+72)
People tested: 2,604,007 (+6,322)
Deaths among cases: 5,986 (+12)
Deaths due to COVID-19: 5,995 (+35)
Outbreaks: 3,971 (+10)

As of Friday, El Paso County has reported 52,787 cases (+168 from Thursday) and 748 deaths (+1). Pueblo County has reported 15,167 cases (+33) and 363 deaths (unchanged). Teller County has reported 1,286 cases (+1) and 14 deaths (unchanged).
