CASA of the Pikes Peak Region’s Milton Foster Children’s Fund helps youth in foster care achieve their full potential thorough opportunities not funded by other agencies. The fund helps pay for tutoring, art and music lessons, sports fees, therapeutic and medical needs, and other things that give a foster child a sense of resiliency.
