COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Colorado College hosted its annual Arts and Crafts Sale this weekend.
More than 60 booths were set up, featuring local artists who were selling their goods alongside Colorado College students. Everything from jewelry to clothes, dishes, and paintings was available to purchase.
Students said the three-day event is a great way to feature their small businesses.
“I think it means a lot for me to be able to showcase my stuff, because I’m really young and I’m already making connections and getting business cards,” Colorado College student Kaila Hill said. “Some people came back from two years ago and showed me that they’re still wearing their necklace, and it’s an honor to start getting my name out there.”
