Rhea Jha joined the FOX21 News team in December 2022 as a news reporter/ multimedia journalist.

Prior to this, Rhea was the weekday evening anchor and nightly news producer at WETM-TV, in upstate New York. During this time, she realized reporting was her true passion and took any and every opportunity to get out on the field (she also had way too much energy to be sitting behind the desk every day). What she finds most interesting, are deep-dive investigative stories and politics.

Rhea is thrilled to be fulfilling her passion, reporting full-time once again, here at FOX21.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Rhea graduated from Penn State with a double major in journalism and history, minoring in international studies, and earned a Smeal College of Business Certificate. After living on the east coast her whole life, Rhea is excited to be in Colorado. But, don’t be surprised if you catch her throwing up a Jersey Shore fist pump. She can’t help herself.

Snowboarding is one of her favorite activities and shredding the Rockies is a dream come true for her. Rhea doesn’t particularly like downtime, but when she does take a breath, you can find her enjoying a cheese board, or reading in a coffee shop.
