Today at 8:10 AM  The American Red Cross is using the devastating tornado in Oklahoma as a reminder to everyone to put together a plan before disaster strikes. The organization has developed six free apps available for download that are designed to help people prepare and live through a disaster.

Yesterday at 2:28 PM  The National Weather Service says that the tornado that devastated Moore, Okla., topped the scale as an EF5.
