COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The snow is winding down, but the wind isn't, according to the El Paso County Public Services.
Roads are still being maintained with most major roadways drivable for residents.
Officials report that many roads are being plowed at least two or more times because of the winds and drifting snow that remains from Wednesday night's storm.
Snow-pack is also breaking along intersectiions, hills, and curves near county roads.
Currently, there are 32 plow trucks and 20 graders at work.
