COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-- Colorado Springs Police cited a man who vandalized a memorial dedicated to Allen Rose.

According to authorities, Renee Rose, Allen Rose's widow, was putting some items at the memorial on East Platte Ave., when a man walked up and broke a cross there.

The man was cited for damage to property, a misdemeanor charge.

Back in February, Debra Farries was convicted of manslaughter, vehicular homicide, and leaving the scene of an accident in the death of Allen Rose.
