El Paso County, Colo.- A Fort Carson Soldier is back in custody on out-of-state charges.
Aaron Lucas was arrested Wednesday afternoon on Fort Carson.
The El Paso Sheriff's Office was notified by the Madison Police Department in Alabama about the warrant stemming from a 2002 case.
The charges against Lucas include enticing a child and sexual child abuse for a child less than 12 years of age.
Lucas has been booked into the Criminal Justice Center on on bond as a fugitive from justice.
He's scheduled for advisement from the court January 2, 2013.
Lucas was also arrested back in October for a series of sex crimes spanning two years in El Paso County.
