Thursday, May 27, 2010  A judge sentenced 30-year-old Michael Cole on Wednesday. He had pleaded guilty to felony menacing, retaliation against a witness, first-degree aggravated motor vehicle theft and first-degree assault.

Wednesday, May 26, 2010  Twenty-year-old Taylor Lynn Moudy was sentenced Tuesday. He was convicted in March of two counts each of second-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault. He also was convicted of 10 counts of burglary and 18 counts of aggravated motor vehicle theft for crimes in the weeks before the shooting.

Tuesday, January 05, 2010  Police say officers shot 23-year-old Andrew Nardello after he pointed a gun at officers responding to his ex-girlfriend's home, where police say he was trespassing. Police say at least one bullet fired by Nardello struck officer Allan Heaton.
