FORT COLLINS, COLO. (AP) -- Colorado State athletic director Jack Graham has hired John Morris as deputy athletic director.

Morris has been a senior associate athletic director at Washington since 2004. Graham tells the Coloradoan that Morris will begin his new post June 14 and be paid a salary of $190,000 a year.

While Graham will set the strategic direction of the athletic department, Morris will run day-to-day operations. Senior associate athletic directors Gary Ozzello and Christine Susemihl now will report to Morris instead of directly to Graham.
