SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Newly-acquired Derrick Favors and reserve guard Ronnie Price will not dress for the Utah Jazz in Thursday night's game against the Denver Nuggets.
Favors has scored 25 points in his first three games with Utah as one of the primary inside reserves. Price has missed seven of the last eight games because of a sprained right big toe, but plans to travel with the team on its upcoming four-game Eastern trip.
Mehmet Okur, who has battled Achilles' tendon, ankle and back injuries this season, has begun practicing with the Jazz. Okur, a 2007 All-Star, is averaging only 4.9 points in 13 games, all in a reserve role.
Denver's Danilo Gallinari broke his left big toe in his second game after going to Denver in a trade with New York and joined the inactive list with Melvin Ely, who has a right ankle sprain.
