BOULDER, COLO. (AP) -- The University of Colorado has agreed to pay fired women's basketball coach Kathy McConnell-Miller $371,280 as a final settlement.

The Boulder Daily Camera Friday obtained a copy of the agreement Friday through an open records request.

In a statement, the school says the payment resolves disagreements in the amount owed to McConnell-Miller over her firing announced March 29. McConnell-Miller also received $203,142 for the firing that happened before her contract ended in 2013. Her annual base salary was $385,000.

CU fired McConnell after five seasons in which she compiled a 65-88 record, including a 20-60 record in Big 12 Conference play.

Both sides have agreed to not discuss the agreement that was signed Feb. 15.
