BEMIDJI, MINN. (AP) -- Jordan George and Aaron McLeod had a goal and an assist apiece to lead Bemidji State to a 4-1 Western Collegiate Hockey Association win over Colorado College and a sweep of their two-game series.
McLeod also had a goal in Friday's 4-2 win over the Tigers (15-11-2, 12-9-1), who entered the weekend in third place and just five points out of the WCHA lead.
McLeod assisted on George's goal that tied the game 1-1 just 28 seconds into the second period. George assisted on McLeod's goal just 21 seconds into the third period.
Shea Walters and Danny Mattson also had goals for the Beavers (15-12-3, 9-10-3), who got 23 saves for Dan Bakala.
Andrew Hamburg had Colorado College's only goal.
Tigers goalie Joe Howe made 26 saves.
