DENVER (AP) -- The Colorado Avalanche selected Swedish center Joachim Nermark in the fourth round of the NHL draft Saturday, a day after making two of the top 11 picks.
After taking Swedish left winger Gabriel Landeskog with the No. 2 overall pick and Saskatoon defenseman Duncan Siemens with the 11th choice Friday night, the Avalanche took Nermark in the fourth round with the 93rd overall selection. They also took center
Garrett Meurs in the fifth round, defenseman Gabriel Beaupre in the sixth and defenseman Dillon Donnelly in the seventh.
