LOVELAND, COLO. (AP) -- Two Colorado State football players have been cited following a complaint that they didn't leave the Zeta Alpha Tau sorority house when asked.

The Loveland Reporter-Herald reports freshman defensive back DeAndre Elliott and freshman linebacker Cory James were issued summonses in May following the incident March 31.

Fort Collins police spokeswoman Rita Davis said Friday that Elliott faces two counts of trespassing and one count of unlawful sexual contact, which alleges inappropriate touching. James was cited with three counts of trespassing.

Both are due in court Wednesday 13.

Colorado State athletic director Jack Graham says his department is working with the CSU Office of Conflict Resolution and Student Conduct Services to determine an appropriate course of action.

In May, Colorado State expelled three football players following an off-campus fight.
