But Justin Cseter got the Chargers on the board in the first period and Roy tied it 2-2 on the power play at 16:49 of the second.
Tenth-ranked Denver (10-8-3) outshot UAH 43-20, including a 16-4 shots-on-goal advantage in the third period. But UAH goalie Clarke Saunders made 41 saves.
