Denver signs Carter from practice squad

DENVER (AP) -- The Denver Broncos have signed cornerback Tony Carter to their active roster from the practice squad.

Also Tuesday, the team waived safety Kyle McCarthy and linebacker Derek Domino, who had been on Denver's injured reserve list.
