Colorado College evens series with UW

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. (AP) -- Jaden Schwartz scored at 5:48 of overtime Saturday to give Colorado College a 4-3 win over Wisconsin in their best-of-three Western Collegiate Hockey Association playoff series.

Game three is Sunday with the winner advancing to the WCHA Final Five.

Schwartz scored his first goal in the second period and got the game-winner on the power play for the Tigers (20-17-3), who lost 3-1 to the Badgers (21-15-4) on Friday.

Colorado College's Scott Winkler sent the game into overtime with a goal at 16:31 of the third period. Gabe Guentzel also scored for the Tigers.

Craig Smith, Podge Turnbull and Sean Dolan had goals for Wisconsin.

Joe Howe had 27 saves for Colorado College and Scott Gudmandson had 24 saves for the Badgers.
