ENGLEWOOD, COLO. (AP) -- Well, the Denver Broncos are glad that's over.
They gathered at their Dove Valley training complex Monday for one last team meeting, relieved the worst season in their history was finally in the rearview mirror.
Their 4-12 debacle included injuries in the offseason to their top two players, All-Pro left tackle Ryan Clady and Pro Bowl pass rusher Elvis Dumervil, the Spygate II videotaping scandal and the firing of coach Josh McDaniels.
D.J. Williams' captaincy was stripped following his second arrest on suspicion of drunken driving and rookie Perrish Cox was arrested in a sexual assault case. The lowest point was the suicide of wide receiver Kenny McKinley.
