OAKLAND, CALIF. (AP) -- Carmelo Anthony scored a season-high 39 points, Al Harrington added 19 against his former team and the Denver Nuggets beat the Golden State Warriors 106-89 on Monday night to snap a four-game road losing streak.

Anthony struggled with his shooting early but was a career-best 17-for-17 at the free throw line. He also had nine rebounds and five assists to help the Nuggets to their seven straight win over the Warriors.

Ty Lawson added 15 points and Aaron Afflalo had 14 points and five assists for Denver (8-6).

Monta Ellis scored 20 points to lead Golden State, which lost for only the second time in seven home games this season.
