FORT COLLINS, COLO. (AP) -- Colorado State women's basketball coach Kristen Holt is stepping down after leading the Rams for the past four seasons.

The Coloradoan reports Holt and athletic director Jack Graham both called the resignation `'mutually agreeable."

Holt says she made her decision after meeting with Graham as part of an ongoing evaluation process.

When Graham was hired Dec. 1, he said he expected the school's varsity athletic programs to consistently win at least 60 percent of their contests.

The women's basketball team this past season was 13-17 overall and 9-5 in the Mountain West Conference. During Holt's tenure, the Rams were 50-71 overall and 25-37 in the conference.

Graham says he is enlisting a search firm for a fee of about $20,000 to help find Holt's replacement.
