PUEBLO, COLO. -- Pueblo Police officers are looking for two burglars who used a realtor to get into a home that was for sale back in August.

According to officers, the two suspects called the realtor pretending to be another realtor. The first realtor gave the suspects the front door code thinking they were going to show the home, but when the owners came back, they found several items missing.

Officers said the suspects stole jewelry, electronics, cash and checks. They left the doors unlocked.

Officers said preventative measures have since been put in place.

Surveillance cameras caught the suspects trying to use the owners' checks at a Safeway store. The woman is white, about 5' - 5'5" with a medium build who wore a multi-colored shirt with a brown sweater and blue shorts at Safeway. The man is also white, 5'8" - 6' with a slender build who wore a baseball cap, a flannel shirt and tan pants at Safeway.

Anyone with information on the suspects should call Pueblo Crime Stoppers at (719) 542-7867.
